Maintenance Form

During normal business hours, 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, please contact the office at 770-487-1187 for any maintenance requests or emergency repairs. If it is after hours, please fill out the maintenance requests form and someone will call you back within normal business hours. If your situation is an emergency repair, please call 770-487-1187, and press 4 to reach our after hours on-call technician. If you get a voice mail, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. You may also fill out the maintenance request form, and someone will see the form, but it may not be seen before the next business day.

If your emergency is a threat to life or property, CALL 911.

Do not call a contractor on your own! All repairs must have prior approval of the management company. Any bill or invoice incurred without prior approval will be your responsibility.

Please be mindful that if you call for an emergency, and it is discovered not to be an emergency once a contractor has been dispatched, the invoice will your responsibility.

As a management company for single-family, multi-county properties, we do not have a staff maintenance person. We send independent contractors to the property each time we receive a maintenance request or repair call.

Once we have received approval from the owner to send a contractor, and we send someone to your property, you must have someone at least 18 years of age at home to let the contractor in. If the contractor goes to the home, and cannot get into the home, there will be a minimum $75 service charge to you.
